Our standard delivery service to the UK, including Scottish Highlands & Islands and the Isle of Man will be sent via Yodel.

Can I recycle my tails.com packaging?
Our Good Dog Treats & Dental Dailies packaging is made from a mix of plastics so it is not currently recyclable.
The mix of plastic lets allows us to have strong packaging without using too much material and it also keeps our food fresh. A more positive alternative to landfill is to incinerate these bags for energy generation – check with your council whether waste is disposed of in this way in your area.
We are currently looking at alternatives so we can become fully recyclable! Things that can currently be recycled:
Do tails.com test on animals?
We don’t test any of our tails.com products on animals during the creation of our recipes and have no plans to do so in the future.
My dog doesn't like the product, what should I do?
We hope you are pleased with your tails.com products, however in the circumstance that you are not, please contact us and our team will gladly answer any questions.
